Last Updated: January 1, 2008These injectors come installed on SVT tuned Duratec's like what is found in the SVT Contour. With the slightly higher compression and advanced timing, these are a necessary part of the SVT package. Most people feel this is not a necessary upgrade to non-SVT duratecs as it will cause several problems unless tuned correctly on a dyno. The stock 17# injectors are good to about 250 wheel horsepower and thats more than enough for most non-forced induction Duratecs.
